By downloading, accessing, or using the Vasooli app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.
1. Nature of the Service
Vasooli is a digital bookkeeping, ledger, and calculation utility designed to help small businesses, freelancers, and individuals track their credits (udhaar) and payments.
- Not a Financial Institution: Vasooli is strictly a record-keeping software. We are not a bank, NBFC, lender, or financial advisory firm. We do not process actual money transfers within the App.
- User Responsibility: All financial entries, calculations, and records are created by you. Vasooli holds no liability for discrepancies, miscalculations, or disputes arising between you and your customers.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password, OTPs, or Google accounts you use to access the App. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Record illegal transactions or engage in unlawful activities.
- Harass, abuse, or send inappropriate, threatening payment reminders to your customers.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, servers, or networks connected to the App.
4. Communication via WhatsApp/SMS
The App provides a feature to generate payment reminder texts. You acknowledge that Vasooli only formats the message; the actual transmission happens via your device's native WhatsApp or SMS application. You are solely responsible for the content sent and any carrier charges that may apply.
5. Intellectual Property
The Vasooli App, including its original code, features, design, and functionality, are owned by Vasooli Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
