1. Information We Collect
To provide you with a seamless ledger and financial tracking experience, we collect the following types of information:
- Authentication Data: When you register or log in using Email & Password, or Google Sign-In, we collect your email address, phone number, and basic profile info provided by the authentication provider.
- Business & Transaction Data: We collect the data you input into the App, including customer names, transaction amounts, payment methods, item details, and notes.
- Device Contacts (Explicit Consent): The App asks for Contact permissions strictly to allow you to easily select and add existing customers to your ledger. We do not upload, sync, or store your entire phonebook on our servers.
- Microphone Data: The App requires microphone access for the Voice Input (Speech-to-Text) feature. Voice data is processed in real-time and is not recorded or stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your Vasooli account securely.
- To provide core functionality, including ledger management, calculations, and payment tracking.
- To generate and format WhatsApp/SMS payment reminders that you initiate.
- To sync your data securely across multiple devices using cloud infrastructure.
3. Third-Party Services & Authentication
We use Google Firebase to power our App's backend, authentication, and database. Your data is stored on secure Google servers and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to any third-party advertisers.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption (including data in transit and at rest) to protect your sensitive financial records. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
